Ingredients:
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
5 1/2 cups shredded sweetened coconut
1/2 tsp salt
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350° F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together flour, shredded coconut and salt. Add in sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Stir until combined.
Use a cookie scoop to form 1 inch dough balls and place 1 inch apart on a lined baking sheet.
Bake for 10 - 12 minutes or until tops are lightly golden. Immediately press one
Milk Chocolate Blossom
into the center of each cookie. Move to wire rack to finish cooling.
