If you have questions or problems regarding our website or about an order placed or received, please Contact Us by e-mail. You do this by clicking on the Contact Us link at the top of our website. Complete the information form requested, in the Comments box please remember to include your order number if available, if not then we need your first and last name, tell us your problem and/or question. We will respond within 24 hours.

While it is best to communicate with us via e-mail, you can also call our Internet Department at 1-800-242-2639 between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. If you need support on weekends or after hours, you can only Contact Us by e-mail. Customer service emails are monitored daily and answered within 24 hours.
