Thank you for your interest in hosting our mascot, Miss Melty, at your event. Please read all information on this page prior to submitting your request. Be sure to fill the form out in its entirety and include as much detail as possible.

Appearance Policies

• Requests must be submitted at least 3 weeks but no more than 3 months before the planned event.
• On the day of event, our team must be provided:
  • A parking place close to the event
  • A private place (not a public restroom) to dress
  • A secure location for their clothes and personal items
  • One 15-minute break

Rates and Fees

• $75 nonrefundable deposit due at time of booking to hold date. Upon completion of the event, you will receive a $25 Gardners Candies gift certificate.
• 1.5 hour maximum.
• Includes a handler to help mascot navigate the event area and handouts for your attendees.
• Reduced rates may be available for non-profit charities or events that meet eligibility requirements.
