Production Line Worker available:
Production employees are responsible for maintaining food safety and quality of raw materials, ingredients, finished products, and packaging materials during Manufacturing.
- Responsibilities:
• Follow current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety Procedures
• Maintain personal hygiene and work area cleanliness
• Follow sanitation procedures and deep cleaning day responsibilities
• Maintain written records and reporting requirements
• Complete annual food safety and OSHA training
• Move a variety of candy into boxes and candy containers moving on a conveyor belt
• Place raw ingredients onto conveyor belts for enrobing
• Insert individual pieces of candy into their allotted space
• Visually inspect candy for quality issues
• Pack candy and arrange onto pallets
• Lift candy boxes and pour candy into hoppers
• Weigh candy to confirm net weights
• Assist other production departments as needed
• Report quality issues to the Quality Manager
• This position may involve some repetitive motions
• This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent education
• Due to nature of the work, must be able to remain in a stationary position, move or traverse from one area to another, communicate and exchange information with others, occasionally ascend/descend ladders or steps, move and position oneself in, under and around machinery for cleaning purposes, move boxes or cases of material, move products, tools or equipment
• May be asked to assist in inventories
• Other tasks as assigned by Plant Manager

• Hours - Monday-Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm
• Expected hours: 40 per week
