The new school year is just getting started, which means there’s no better time to start thinking about your next fundraiser! Whether you’re raising funds to buy school supplies or sports equipment, Gardners Candies has the tools and resources you need to make this school year your most profitable one yet. Our three successful programs are designed to help your group reach its goals. Explore our options below to find the best program for your group and learn how to maximize your profits!

Holiday Brochure

Take orders, collect money, distribute candy! This program is available seasonally for Christmas and Easter.

1. Get Started
Sign up for your Holiday Brochure sale online or over the phone at 1-800-242-2639. At signup, you’ll choose a delivery date that works for you. We’ll send you the materials you need to start your campaign, and there are no hidden fees for forms, packaging, or delivery.

2. Forms and Materials
You’ll receive a delivery form, which will need to be completed and returned at the end of your sale. Each salesperson should receive a color brochure and a master sheet. Both copies of the master sheet will be returned to the chairperson at the end of your fundraiser, while the color brochure will stay with your sellers so that they can easily distribute orders when they arrive.

3. Make the Most of Your Sale
Use our social media ads and suggested captions to easily promote your sale! We also offer an Amazon Gift Card Prize Program, which you can use to motivate your sellers. Reward your highest sellers or randomize the winners to encourage your sellers to reach their goals. To further maximize your profits, you can participate in our Holiday Brochure and Online Ordering programs at the same time!

4. Submit Your Orders
We offer two easy ways to submit your master sheets. You can collect all master sheets and payment from your group members and mail them to Gardners Candies or submit them online using our Online Master Sheet. Payment is required at the time of order when submitting online.

5. Delivery Day
Our delivery drivers will unload and stack your boxes according to your direction. An order summary with your sellers’ names and your total profit amount will also be provided at the time of your delivery.

Online Ordering

There’s no money or forms to collect! This program is available seasonally for Fall and Spring.

1. Get Started
Sign up for your Online Ordering sale online or over the phone at 1-800-242-2639. At signup, you’ll receive a unique Group ID#.

2. Spread the Word
Encourage your sellers to share your Group ID# with friends and family! You can use our suite of social media ads and suggested captions to promote your sale.

3. Shop Online
To support your sale, friends and family can visit our fundraising website, enter your unique Group ID#, and shop from hundreds of everyday favorites and seasonal specialties. Your group makes 25% profit on every order placed! A profit check will be mailed to you at the end of the fundraising season.

4. No Distribution Required
Orders can either be picked up at our Tyrone store or shipped directly to the customers’ homes. We offer free ground shipping on orders of $100 or more or a $7 flat-rate ground shipping fee on any order.

Chocolate Bars & Pretzel Rods

Fundraise anywhere, any time!

1. Get Started
Order your Bars & Rods at a special discounted rate on our fundraising website.

2. Choose Your Selling Price
We recommend selling our 1.5 oz. Original Peanut Butter Meltaway® Bars for $2, our 2 oz. Chocolate Bars & Pretzel Rods for $3, and our 3 oz. Original Peanut Butter Meltaway® Pretzel Rods for $5.

3. Sell and Earn Profit
Sell your bars & rods at your workplace, events, or in concession stands to earn money!
