1. Shipping and handling charges are based upon each recipient’s total candy order. See delivery chart below for options and rates.
2. Orders are shipped via UPS. UPS delivers Monday – Friday excluding holidays and will not deliver to post office boxes
3. All prices are based upon U.S. currency.
4. We guarantee arrival of your candy in perfect condition when using Gardners' recommended method of shipping. Chocolates are extremely perishable. When shipping to warm weather areas, Gardners Candies may recommend a specific method of shipping to prevent melting and guarantee the arrival of your product in perfect condition.
5. Most orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Because temperatures across the country vary we may choose not to ship over the weekend in order to ensure premium quality upon arrival. For this reason, we cannot guarantee Monday deliveries. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not ship until Monday for all shipping methods and options.
Custom orders (favors) please allow 48 hours excluding Saturday & Sunday. 2 weeks lead time.
6. Please provide an address where someone will be to receive the order. Chocolate left outdoors will melt
7. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii must be called in so we can discuss shipping options and cost.
8. During the summer months Next Day Air shipping may be required to prevent melting.
