Please make sure you provide the following information on a cover sheet: your name, your business name (if applicable), address, phone number, fax number, bankcard numbers, complete ordering information and total number of pages. Please do not re-fax or otherwise duplicate your order by phone or mail. We cannot be responsible for duplicate orders. If you experience transmission problems, call 1-800-242-2639.

4. By Mail:
   
   Enclose your check or money order payable to Gardners Candies, or provide your bankcard numbers. DO NOT SEND CASH. Personal checks require 10 days to clear.
